② I just saw him, but had no time to speak to him.
我只看到了他，但没时间和他说话。
或者可以说：I don’t have time to do……

我今天没时间做饭，咱们只能将就吃方便面了。
其实也可以说：too busy，太忙没时间了。
①很抱歉，我现在帮不了你－－实在太忙了。 I’m afraid I can’t help you just at present I’m too busy.
②昨天我本打算去看你，但我太忙了而没去。 I meant to see you, but I was too busy yesterday.
③他又拿出惯用的借口，说他太忙了。 He came out with his staple excuse that he was too busy.
④我现在太忙，没有时间刺绣了。 I am too busy to make any embroidery now.
