现在正处在疫情期间,我所住的小区还处在封闭状态,我也有时间写点事情。
从去年到现在,我把老妈接到我家有六个月了。我一直观察,老妈在北方的饮食情况。
首先,水,老妈只喝热的白开水,其他什么也不喝。凉水,饮料,各种酒,统统不喝。吃饭前,必须先喝热的白开水。因此,我必须让热水瓶始终有水。

今年,虽已经97岁,正常走路,自己吃饭,穿衣,除了做饭,烧水,没让老妈去做,其他,都自己做;而且,耳不聋,眼不花。做饭,烧水,用电,煤气,担心不安全,就没让老妈去做。祝愿,老妈长寿百岁!

每天吃一些坚果

选择植物油
老人在选择食用油的时候 应该尽量选择一些植物油 最好选用橄榄油和茶树油 可以调节人体的血压和血脂 能够增强人体的免疫力。
吃七分饱 吃的慢一些
这点不光实用于中老年人 年轻人也一样 但是社会节奏快 年轻人往往饮食很不规律。 每餐七八分饱就可以 仔细的咀嚼有利于食物的消化和吸收 给胃减轻负担
总之,中老年人的基础代谢减少,各种活动减少。因此,为了维持正常的体重,在饮食上必须要有良好的饮食习惯,
